On Wednesday’s Impaulsive podcast, Logan spilled the tea, admitting he’s been pushing hard to make that fight happen. If you’ve followed the saga, you know Logan and KSI already went toe-to-toe twice in the ring before burying the hatchet, teaming up as besties, and launching Prime energy drinks together. But Jake? He’s not biting.

While KSI gears up to face Dillon Danis in Misfits Boxing, Jake’s still on the hunt for his next opponent after a hyped-up Canelo Alvarez bout fell apart. Logan, though, says Jake’s interest in a KSI clash is basically zilch—hype be damned. “I’m working on it. I’m trying so hard,” Logan said about booking the fight on his podcast. “There’s a weight problem at the moment. Jake’s technically the fat guy. [KSI] fights lighter. It’s a disaster. [Jake] genuinely believes that he’s kind of above the influencer boxing, and he classifies KSI still as an influencer boxer.”

Jake’s been loud about shedding that “influencer boxer” tag ever since he started, chasing dreams of legit world champ status. Fair enough—he’s put in the work. But his resume tells a different story. Outside of a close decision loss to Tommy Fury (the only guy with a comparable background he’s faced), Jake’s mostly been picking off ex-UFC vets like Tyron Woodley and Nate Diaz. His latest? A decision win over 58-year-old Mike Tyson, who hadn’t laced up professionally in 20 years.

Weight Woes and Bigger Plans

So why no KSI fight? The “influencer” label might sting, but Logan says it’s really about the pounds. “He won’t go down to a weight where he’s genuinely uncomfortable just to satisfy a YouTube audience,” Logan said. “Because he just had one of the biggest viewed sporting events in history [for his fight against Tyson]. His head is just elsewhere. He won’t go to 190 [pounds]. I think the weight was 192.5 that he was comfortable with. I said bro, you understand you can never fight at 190, no matter what, anyone ever. He said ‘I’m never going that low again.’ He’s big now. He’s bigger. He’s a thick f*cking tattooed beast.”

Weight aside, Jake’s sights seem set beyond YouTube rivalries. His next move isn’t in the ring—it’s on your TV. He’s gearing up to launch Paul American, a new reality show with Logan, hitting Max on March 27. Guess we’ll see if that “thick tattooed beast” energy translates to the screen.
